HAProxy

HAProxy è un noto e performante reverse proxy. HAProxy moderno (2.x e successive) inoltra la chat WebSocket di Owncast in modo trasparente purché imposti un lungo timeout tunnel, quindi non è necessario un backend WebSocket separato.

Il haproxy.cfg qui sotto termina il TLS sulle porte 80 e 443 e inoltra a Owncast sulla porta 8080. Si aspetta che la catena di certificati e la chiave privata siano combinate in un unico file PEM in /etc/haproxy/certs/owncast.pem. Con Let's Encrypt puoi creare quel file con cat fullchain.pem privkey.pem > /etc/haproxy/certs/owncast.pem. Modifica il percorso del certificato e l'indirizzo backend 127.0.0.1:8080 in modo che corrispondano alla tua configurazione.
